Our menu selection
The menus are a balance of regular favourites such as the steak & kidney suet pudding, cod in beer batter, lamb shank, chicken curry and special, imaginative dishes as ingredients are available.
All dishes use fresh, local ingredients where possible, and are made on the premises. Prime West Country steaks are always popular as are the selections of fresh fish.
There is always a choice of interesting vegetarian dishes, and children's dishes or small portions of some of the main meals are possible.
Real Ales
To accompany the attractive and delicious meals The Five Bells offers a choice of real ales from Otter, Cotleigh and nearby O'Hanlon's breweries, together with lagers, beers, a wide range of soft drinks, and an extensive wine list at reasonable prices.
